Payments & Refunds
All payment for accommodation and sites is payable in advance. Please note that no refunds or credits will be permitted after arrival should you vacate early.
Two adults are included in the tariff for cabin bookings. Additional adults or children will attract an additional tariff.
We do not offer any long term accommodation, maximum occupancy 4 weeks per individual/registration over a 12 month period with exceptions to people in short term/seasonal work in the community
Pets are not permitted in or around the cabins under any circumstances (Exceptions apply to Guide Dogs). Patrons who breach this rule shall be charged a cleaning/deodorising fee of $250.00.
Pets are permitted in park, rules are as follows –
- They must be restrained at all times
- It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog (dog faeces bag dispenser located on wall of shower block).
- Consider other tenants in the park i.e. if your dog barks a lot, take measures to keep it quiet.
- Dog must be restrained within the vicinity of your Caravan.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the park. An off leash area is provided adjacent to the caravan parking area, this area is provided so your dog can have exercise.
Extra Cleaning Charges
A cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged if, upon departure the accommodation is found to be in an unreasonable condition. Please ensure you leave the cabin accommodation with all dishes washed and put away.
All shared areas, including cabin, BBQ area, amenities blocks, etc. are NO SMOKING.
The speed limit in the park is 5km/h (walking pace). Only registered vehicles may enter the park. Two vehicles per cabin and one vehicle per site.
Your visitors are your responsibility and must adhere to general park rules. Visitors must vacate the park by 10pm: Cars are to be left in visitor car park (front of park). Shower facilities are NOT available for visitors to use.
Max. 6 persons per site. 1 x caravan, annex & vehicle or 1 x tent & vehicle per site. To minimise damage to grass, annexe floors must be open shade cloth or open annex matting.
Numbers accommodated in the cabins may not exceed the number of beds provided. All accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING. Linen is provided for use during your stay, please ensure linen remains in the cabin on your departure. Any missing items incur further costs to you.
Keys are to be returned to the Council office or the key safe (if you have been issued with a code) after your stay. There is a drop box located on the side of the amenities block.
Toilet & Shower Block
Please remember that these are a shared facility and consider other park tenants after use, do not leave any personal effects in the shower/toilet block. The toilet and shower block is cleaned on a daily basis by a cleaner.
Campfires are not permitted. All caravan drawbars MUST face the roadway.
Disabled toilet & shower block key is available upon request.
All garbage to be wrapped & placed in green wheelie bins provided.
To ensure the enjoyment of all guests, please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am. Loud or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Please report any disruptive behaviour to the office by phoning 8578 1004 during office hours.
Please check with office before washing vehicles as water restrictions apply.
Please leave BBQ area clean after use and remove all rubbish and personal items.
Failure to comply with park rules may result in eviction from the park. The registered occupant of a site or accommodation is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors. Management reserves the right to cancel any permit at any time.
Thieves don't take holidays. Please lock all vehicles and keep valuable out of sight.
